Policy/FAQ:

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING:

     ~ A credit card must be on file to book any appointments.

     ~ As a courtesy to me and my clients please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule

        your appointment.

     ~ You will be charged a 50% fee of the service booked if any appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance.

         I know that emergencies do happen and that can be discussed on a need to determined basis when I am contacted.

     ~ No shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

     ~ If you are 15 minutes late I have the option to reschedule you and charge you 50% of your service for the inconvenience

        of time, OR your appointment time will need to be shortened if I have another client coming in after your scheduled

        appointment.

BOOKING:

     ~ All appointments are to be scheduled /rescheduled/canceled through the booking site.  You can also reach out to me via text message

        or phone call to do the same.

     ~ Please check your email upon booking your first appointment to create an account.

     ~ Please confirm your appointment when you receive your confirmation text message prior to your appointment.

     ~ Because appointments fill up quickly, I suggest you schedule your next appointment with me or online before you leave.

     ~ The best way to check for new openings/cancellations is the booking site, that is the most accurate.

     ~ When booking chemical peels/microneedling please check your email when I forward pre/post care instructions.  Please make sure that

        you carefully read the pre care instructions before the date of your appointment so that you don't have any contraindications when coming

        in for the treatment.

SCHEDULE IS OPEN 8 WEEKS OUT

     ~ This will ensure regular clients are able to book an appointment every 4-6 weeks.

     ~ Allows new clients to be able to book an appointment.

     ~ If you are looking to come in every 4-6 weeks it is highly recommended to book your next appointment online or with me.  If you wait

        the appointment date & time you would like may be booked.
